A fully integrated, high-speed snack food packing solution has officially been loaded and shipped from port today, destined for a major food processing facility in Vietnam.
The shipment is designed for high-efficiency vertical form fill seal (VFFS) operation. The consignment includes a 14-head multihead weigher, a heavy-duty Z bucket elevator, a vertical packing machine, a metal detector, a check weigher and a customized working platform.
The buyer, a rapidly expanding Vietnamese snack manufacturer, sought the new line to increase output of extruded snacks.

The machinery is expected to clear customs at HO CHI MINH port within 10 days, with installation and commissioning scheduled for early May. This turnkey solution is projected to reduce the client’s current labor costs by 40% while doubling their snack packaging accuracy.
