In February 2026, we received a new order from a long-term client(Azerbaijan ) with whom we have been cooperating for five years. This time, they ordered two sets of vertical packaging systems (mainly including Z type bucket conveyor, 14-head multi-head weigher, ZH-V420 vertical packaging machine, and take off conveyor). We have been working with them since 2021, and their factory currently has four packaging systems; these two new systems bring the total to six. Previously, we shipped to this client by sea. This year, due to special circumstances, we switched to rail transport.
Regarding our after-sales service: First, our client’s engineers are highly skilled. Second, we provide after-sales support during their working hours whenever possible. Communication between the client’s engineers and our after-sales engineers has been smooth. Our team provided them with online support and assistance with installation, commissioning, and production. Any spare parts needed by the client, such as belts for the packaging machine and printer ribbons, can be shipped to them via express within 10 days.
Our long-term cooperative relationship and frequent repeat orders demonstrate the maturity and stability of our equipment, as well as it’s easy to operate.
