A new Polish client visited our exhibition but didn’t spend much time at our booth due to a tight schedule. Later, when the client needed equipment, she consulted our product catalog, found exactly what she was looking for, and contacted us. It took just two weeks from our initial contact to the final order and payment. As this was her first time purchasing such equipment, I introduced her to another Polish client of ours and invited her to visit the factory to inspect the machinery in person. After seeing the equipment firsthand, the new client decided to go ahead with the purchase.
