I. Correct Operating Instructions Before starting the machine, check the power supply and air supply (air pressure stable at 0.6–0.8MPa), clean the hopper, discharge port, and heating plate to remove any residual flour, and clean the photoelectric sensor lens to ensure no dust obstruction. Verify that the stand-up pouch specifications match the equipment settings, and set the “no bag, no material” mode to avoid running with empty bags. After starting, run the machine empty first to confirm that all mechanisms operate smoothly, then run a small batch to adjust the sealing temperature (to suit the bag material), screw speed, and metering parameters to ensure tight sealing and accurate weight. During production, keep the discharge port aligned with the bag opening to prevent spillage and contamination; avoid running at excessively high speeds to reduce mechanical wear and dust generation. When stopping the machine, first stop the material supply, run the machine empty to drain any remaining material, then turn off the heating, and wait for the temperature to drop before disconnecting the power and air supply.
