1.Australian Customer Project
The customer went to our factory three time in one year,he first time,placed the first order (Rotary Packing System) to us in 2019,second time our engineer have train him to install and debug this packing system. Third time he take his new projects to discuss with us in our factory. We start to cooperation from 2019-2020-2021-2022 He placed order to us every year .
2.Project for Sweden
The project in the pictures above is our first time to cooperation with the customer in 2020, they’ve purchased the Automatic vertical packing system for his plastic beads ,bag type is pillow bag,It include Z shape bucket conveyor .mutlihead weigher.working platform,vertical packing machine with Euroslot hole punching device ,two take off conveyor.
On June.2021.the customer placed second equipments to us,The Non-standard Automatic weighing and filling system for their three bottle size for different tatget weight .Speed about 16 bottle/min
The System include Automatic barreling and dividing machine,Z shape bucket conveyor .mutlihead weigher.working platform,Automatic Jar filling conveyor,Automatic capping machine,Rotary Jar Feeding Table,Whole line Electrical control cabinet.
And this year the customer have new idea for mixed 12color plastic beads to combined one products pattern. So there have 3sets of mini 4head linear weigher,it mixed by bucket conveyor’s hopper and through by multihead weigher then it will be into the pillow bag. and also they want to the vertical packing system can be run as a stand-alone program like the first equipments on 2020. so there also have the Z shape bucket conveyor with mutlihead weigher and vertical packing machine,then the Automatic mixed weighing and packing system can be used in two modes of production.
