This project is aimed at the packaging needs of Saudi customer for bottled fruit gummy . The customer requires the packaging speed to reach 40-50 bottles per minute, and the bottle has a handle. We have improved the machine to meet the customer’s needs.
This packing line includes a Z shape bucket conveyor, a 14 heads weigher, working platform, rotary filling machine, capping machine and two rotary tables. This system can realize fully automatic packaging from transporting materials and bottles, weighing, filling, capping, coding to collecting finished products.
We support customized machines, and we will match machines with different functions according to different requirements of customers.
