2017 Korea Project For Grains Packing System
ZON PACK delivered 9 systems to this customer.
This project is mainly for products of grain, rice, bean and coffee bean, including vertical packaging system, zipper bag packaging system, can filling and sealing system. The vertical packaging system is for mixing 6 kinds of nuts together into one bag.
1 system is for mixing 6 kinds of grain,rice,bean into 5kg bag or other weight.
3 system are for zipper bag packing.
Rotary packing machine has such technical feature:
1.Adopting PLC and touch screen,easy to operate.
2.Adopting frequency converter to make speed adjusted smoothly.
3.Adjusting the bag width with one key and saving time for bag width adjusting.
4.Checking bag open status,no open or open error,machine will not fill and not seal.
4 system are for can filling, sealing and capping system.It suitable for cans packing and it can capping the cups automatically.
1 system is for zipper bag packing and can filling packing system.

Check weigher has such technical feature:
1.High sensitivity HBM sensor is adopted,stable sensitivity and no need to do calibration often.
2.Auto dynamic zero track technology is adopted,ensuring the accuracy.
3.Various options of reject structure and unqualified product can be removed automatically.
4.Friendly design of touch screen HMI,simple and easy to operate and setting.
5.100 sets of parameters can be saved.Production data can be statistics and saved by USB.
6.Parameter value can be set automatically by input the product information and weighing requirement.
