2013 Dubai Mix Packing System With Rotary Packing Machine Project
La Ronda is a famous brand of chocolate in Dubai and their product is very popular in airport shop.
The project that we delivered is for mixing 12 kinds of chocolates combination. There are 14 machines of multihead weigher and 1 vertical packing machine for pillow bag and 1 doypack packing machine for pre-made zipper bag.
Vertical packing machine is suitable for packing grain,stick,slice,globose,irregular shape products such as candy,chocolate,nuts,pasta,coffee bean,chips,cereals,pet food,fruits,roasted seeds,frozen food,small hardware,etc.It is suitable for roll film bags,such as pillow bag,gusseted bag,punching bag,connecting bag.It adopts PLC and touch screen,easy to operate.Film pulling with servo makes film transporting smoothly.
Rotary packing machine is suitable for packing grain,stick,slice,globose,irregular shape products such as candy,chocolate,nuts,pasta,coffee bean,chips,cereals,pet food,fruits,roasted seeds,frozen food,small hardware and powder,liquid,pasta etc.It is suitable for premade bags,such as flat pouch,stand-up pouch,stand-up pouch with zipper.It adopts PLC and touch screen,easy to operate.It adopts frequency converter to make speed adjusted smoothly.Adjusting the bag width with one key and saving time for bag width adjusting.
