Working Procedure
1.Materials should be fillde on vibrator feeder then be lifted by Z type bucket conveyor to the top of multihead weigher.
2.The multihead weigher will automatic weighing according to preset target weight.
3.Target weight product drop through throat metal detector,the unqualified with metal contaminant will be rejected out while the qualified without metal will be packed.
4.Product without metal contaminat will be dropped into pre-made bag and be sealed.
5.Finish package will be delivered to check weigher where unqualified weight will be rejected while the qualified will pass to rotary tabel.
