Stepping into ZONPACK’s production workshop, one is greeted by a scene of bustling activity. The frames of multiple chain plate conveyors and large-incline elevators have been welded into shape, assembly lines for horizontal belt conveyors are operating efficiently, and several finished product silos have been completed, neatly lined up awaiting final inspection and packaging. To ensure on-time delivery, our production team is operating at full capacity, racing against time.
Current Production and Order Status:
- High Order Volume: Driven by global market recovery and customers’ year-end stocking needs, our order intake has continued to rise recently, leading to a very tight production schedule.
- Tight Delivery Timelines: Each piece of custom equipment requires multiple rigorous steps including design, material preparation, processing, assembly, testing, and packaging, necessitating sufficient production lead time to ensure quality.
- Impact of Chinese New Year Holiday: The 2026 Chinese New Year is approaching (typically in mid-February). According to national statutory holidays and our production plan, the factory will gradually begin wrapping up equipment, cleaning, and shutting down approximately two weeks before the holiday. Post-holiday resumption of full production capacity will also require time. This will directly impact the start and delivery timelines for new orders.
