Inclined Conveyor (usually referred to as large inclination conveyor or Z-type hoist) may encounter the following common problems during daily use:
1. Conviction runout
Possible causes:
Uneven distribution of warehouses, resulting in uneven gripping force.
Transmission warehouse or roller installation is not normal, affecting the belt running track.
Insufficient belt tension or uneven tension.
Solution:
Adjust the feeding method so that the material is uniform and concentrated.
Calibrate the installation position of pallets and rollers to ensure straightness.
Adjust the tensioning device appropriately to ensure uniform tension.
2. belt slipping
Possible causes:
Insufficient belt width, resulting in insufficient difficult force with the drive.
There is oil and dust on the traveling surface or the dock surface, which reduces the coefficient of friction.
The load is too heavy, exceeding the capacity of the motor or load.
Solution:
Adjust the tensioning device and increase the tape tension appropriately.
Clean the shelves and shelf surfaces, keep them clean and dry.
Reduce the instantaneous load, avoid overload operation.
3. Material backflow or spilling
Possible causes:
Conveying runs too fast or corrugated baffles or skirts are damaged, resulting in unloaded material sliding completely off before it is conveyed to the outlet.
Unloading pipe angle is too large, more than across the difficult force tolerance range.
Unloading too much wet slippery or block too large, affecting the stability of the pipeline.
Solution:
Adjust conveying speed to ensure proper conveying rate.
Regularly check the corrugated baffles and skirts, and replace them in time when they are found to be in the middle.
For high humidity or slippery, increase the friction coefficient (e.g. replace the appropriate conveying material or increase the friction bar).
4. Bearing or motor overheating
Possible causes:
Prolonged high load operation, resulting in equipment overload.
Poor bearing lubrication or grease deterioration.
Excessive belt tension, bearing motor and bearing load.
Solution:
Avoid excessive obesity movement, and arrange the working time reasonably.
Regularly check and replace the grease, keep the bearing lubrication in good condition.
Properly adjust the belt tensioning device to reduce the additional resistance.
5. Equipment vibration abnormality or excessive noise
Possible causes:
The installation foundation is unstable, causing the equipment to concentrate when running.
The canvas keyboard is uneven, resulting in impact and abnormal noise when running.
Transmission parts (such as sprockets, gears, bearings) are worn or loose.
Solution:
Determine the mounting equipment bracket and adjust the bracket or floor bolts.
Inspect the keypad periodically and rearrange or replace as necessary.
Inspect and withdraw drive components and replace workers if necessary.
6. hoist starts with difficulty or suddenly
Possible causes:
Excessive load and insufficient motor starting drawings.
Unstable supply voltage or faulty electrical wiring.
Material jammed or excessive accumulation of material, resulting in equipment blockage.
Solution:
Maintenance.
To minimize the occurrence of the above problems, the following maintenance measures can be taken:
✅** Check weekly: belt joints
✅ **Check monthly: motor, structure
✅ **Semi-annual Semi-annual maintenance: general cleaning
