Guidelines for the correct use of weighing and packing machine
Before using the weighing and packing machine, you need to check whether the power supply, sensor and conveyor belt of the equipment are normal, and make sure that there is no looseness or failure of each part. After switching on the machine, carry out calibration and debugging, verify the weighing accuracy by standard weights, and the error should be controlled within the rated range. When feeding, the material should be placed evenly to avoid overloading or partial load affecting the weighing accuracy. Packing materials should be installed on the reel according to the specification, and the sealing temperature and pressure should be adjusted to ensure that the sealing is firm and there is no air leakage. Monitor the real-time status of the equipment during operation, and immediately stop the machine for investigation if there is any abnormal noise, weighing deviation or package damage. After the operation, clean the weighing platform and conveyor belt in time, and lubricate and maintain the sensor, bearing and other key parts regularly.
