Hot sealing: sealing the material by heating and pressure, suitable for plastic bags, aluminium foil bags, etc. Cold Seal: Seal the material by using adhesive or pressure without heating, suitable for some special materials.
Suitable for both large and small bags
In order to meet the packaging of different heights and sizes of goods, this machine has a special mechanical lifting mechanism. According to the height of the packages, the conveyor table or sealing part can be lifted to a suitable position.
The height of packages can be adjusted from 50mm to 800mm.
Flatness
Straight flat surfaces ensure that each bag closure results in a flat finish. The following factors affect sealing flatness. 1:Material 2:Temperature The sealing temperature is not enough or the temperature is too high, it will affect the appearance of the bag! 3: Heat sealing time Too long or too short sealing time will affect the appearance of the bag!
